Terms of use and privacy

By using the VR9 Infra service you agree to the terms below, including the section on the data we collect. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Last updated: 14 September 2026.

1. General

The VR9 Infra service ("Service") is intended for infrastructure and related data (servers, sites, services, etc.). The operator provides the Service "as is" and gives no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for decisions made on that basis.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable law and not to infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for all actions taken using your account. The operator may restrict or terminate access for breach of these terms or other reasons.

3. Disclaimer

The operator is not liable for: accuracy, completeness or timeliness of user-entered data; your decisions or actions based on the Service; temporary unavailability, loss or corruption of data due to failures, updates or other causes; or the actions of third parties (hosting, providers, malware, etc.). The Service does not replace professional advice and is not a source of legal, technical or financial advice.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or loss of profit in connection with use or inability to use the Service, including data loss or business interruption. Total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Service in the last 12 months (or zero if the Service was free).

5. Changes and availability

Features, interface and terms may change without separate notice. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part. You should regularly back up important data outside the Service.

6. Data we collect and how we use it

We collect only what is needed to run the Service. By using the Service you consent to the processing described in this section.

Account. Your email address (sign-in by one-time code, notifications, invitations), interface language, notification settings and the time of your last sign-in. The Service has no passwords, so none are stored.

What you enter. Servers, IP addresses, domains, sites, services, tags, events, problems, notes and the email addresses of the people you invite. Access records keep only a reference to your password manager (a link, an item ID or a hint) and your notes. The Service is not designed to store passwords, keys or other secrets; anything of the kind you put in notes is stored at your own risk. You confirm that you are entitled to enter data about third parties, including the addresses of the people you invite.

Technical data. Your IP address and browser identifier at sign-in and for each session; the author, time and content of every change in the change log; browser push subscription data if you enable notifications; server logs. Session tokens, language and theme are kept in your browser's local storage. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on our pages.

Checks of your infrastructure. For the servers, sites and domains you add, the Service regularly checks availability, the ports you name, TLS certificate and domain registration dates from our infrastructure, and keeps the results and their history. To do this, the addresses you enter are sent to the hosts being checked, to public RDAP registries and to an IP geolocation provider (country, city and hosting provider for a server IP). You confirm that you are entitled to have these hosts checked.

Connected services. If you connect Google Analytics or Search Console, we store an encrypted access token and daily aggregate metrics of your sites (visits, clicks, impressions, positions) for the period included in your plan. Access is read-only and can be revoked at any time in the Service or in your Google account.

Payments. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. We do not receive or store card details; we keep the plan, period, subscription status and the payment provider's identifiers.

Who processes the data. Our hosting provider, the email delivery service, the payment provider, Google (for connected services), the IP geolocation provider and the push service of your browser vendor. Servers may be located outside your country, and by using the Service you agree to such transfer. We use the data to run the Service, support you, prevent abuse and improve the Service in aggregate form. We do not sell personal data and do not disclose it to third parties except as described here or where required by law.

Retention and deletion. Data is kept for as long as your account and company exist. One-time codes, sessions and invitations expire automatically; check history and site metrics are kept within the periods set by the Service and your plan. Deleting a company (owner only) irrevocably removes its data; we keep only a record of the deletion and technical logs, and backups are cleared within our backup rotation period. To delete your account or ask about your data, contact us through the channels indicated on the site.

Security. We apply reasonable measures: encryption in transit, encryption of integration secrets at rest, role-based access. No method is completely secure. You are responsible for whom you invite into your company and for the security of your email account, since access to it means access to the Service.

7. Final provisions

These terms constitute the agreement between you and the operator. Continued use after changes are published means acceptance of the updated terms. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in force. For questions about the Service or these terms, contact us through the channels indicated on the site.
