By using the VR9 Infra service you agree to the terms below. What data the service collects and how it is handled is described in a separate document — the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Last updated: 15 September 2026.

1. General

The VR9 Infra service (“Service”) is intended for infrastructure and related data (servers, sites, services, etc.). The operator provides the Service “as is” and gives no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for decisions made on that basis.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable law and not to infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for all actions taken using your account. The operator may restrict or terminate access for breach of these terms or other reasons.

3. Responsibility for data and the Service

We try to keep the Service running smoothly and your data safe: the infrastructure is backed up regularly, and updates are tested before release. That said, the data you enter into the Service — servers, sites, credentials and so on — is entered and kept up to date by you, and the operator is not responsible for its accuracy, completeness or timeliness, or for decisions made on that basis. For anything legal, technical or financial that really matters, it's best to check with a specialist rather than rely solely on the Service.

Like any online service, we occasionally have brief downtime, and in rare cases, disruptions that can damage or temporarily block access to some data — due to updates, actions by hosting providers, malware or other external causes. We keep backups on our side and do our best to prevent such situations, and to fix them quickly when they do happen; but we can't fully rule them out or guarantee that every piece of data can always be recovered.

The Service does not replace professional advice and is not a source of legal, technical or financial recommendations.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator's liability for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss connected with use or inability to use the Service — including service interruptions or data loss — is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service in the last 12 months (or does not arise if the Service was provided free of charge).

5. Changes and availability

Features, interface and terms may change without separate notice. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part. You should regularly back up important data outside the Service.

6. Data and privacy

Where the data is described. What data the Service collects, why it collects it, who else processes it, how long it is kept and how you can have it removed is set out in a separate document — the Privacy Policy. That policy is part of these terms and is updated separately from them.

Your consent. By using the Service you consent to the processing of data described in that policy. If you do not agree with it, do not use the Service.

7. Final provisions

These terms constitute the agreement between you and the operator. Continued use after changes are published means acceptance of the updated terms.
