Infrastructure

See what runs where at a glance

A provider, its servers, the sites on those servers and the services the sites use. Enter them once and the links show on every record. A site without a server of its own sits with its provider.

  • Copy an IP or a domain with one click
  • Access records: where SSH, the panel and the database are. Passwords themselves are not stored
  • Archive instead of deletion, restore any time

Map

The map draws itself

The network map is built from the same records. Hover a node and the whole chain lights up, from provider to services, so you can see what a server restart will touch.

  • Status and open ports right on the nodes
  • Search and filters; on a phone the map becomes a tree
  • The Links view: how your sites link to each other Pro module

Uptime and ports

Know about downtime before your clients do

Servers, sites and API addresses are checked from our side. When something goes down you get a push and an email right away, and again when it is back. A database or a panel open to the internet gets a warning.

  • A live page with a dead API shows up separately
  • Gentle on your servers: no extra requests
  • You choose who is told and about what

Mail Pro module

An important email won’t get lost in the inbox

Connect the mailboxes that receive email from panels, CMSs, payment services and clients. VR9 Infra checks every new message and tells you when one matches a check — right away or in the morning email, as you choose. Everything else simply stays in the mailbox.

  • Admin logins from new places, attack waves, changed files
  • Refunds and client requests
  • Your own checks with simple masks. Read-only access to the mailbox; message text is not stored

Tasks

A task knows what it belongs to

Link a task to a server, site or service. It shows up on that record’s page, in the calendar and in the assignee’s morning email, with a due date and comments.

  • Open a server and see everything still open on it
  • Due dates sit on the same calendar as renewals and payments

Deadlines and payments

Nothing expires by surprise

Certificate and domain registration dates fill themselves in, with nothing to type. Hosting and subscription payments sit on the month grid. All of it, together with tasks, is on one calendar.

  • Reminders 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before, never more often
  • Mark as paid in one click when the amount is known

Analytics Pro module

Site figures next to its server

Google Analytics, Search Console and Yandex Metrica for every site, in one list and as a summary on the Dashboard. When clicks drop, open the site on the Map: next to its figures you can see which server it runs on, whether it is up and which tasks are open for it.

Morning email

It all comes together in one email

At 9:00 in your company’s time zone: what expires, which tasks are due, what to pay and what matched your mail checks. Urgent things don’t wait for the morning and arrive right away.

  • The company picks the recipients; unsubscribing takes one click
  • Each recipient gets it in their own language, any of 11
